Women requiring minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including patients with uterine fibroids, endometriosis, adenomyosis, ovarian tumors, and gynecologic malignancies.
Established in 2003, the Chang Gung Gynecologic Minimally Invasive Surgery Center is dedicated to advancing endoscopic and minimally invasive surgical care. Equipped with state-of-the-art integrated operating rooms and modern endoscopic systems, the center provides comprehensive treatment using laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, vaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (vNOTES), and robotic-assisted surgery. These techniques are applied to a wide range of gynecologic conditions, including uterine fibroids, endometriosis, adenomyosis, ovarian tumors, and gynecologic cancers. The center also serves as a platform for medical education, clinical training, and academic research, promoting innovation and international collaboration in minimally invasive gynecology. Currently, more than 85% of gynecologic procedures are performed using minimally invasive approaches, resulting in reduced postoperative pain, shorter hospital stays, and faster recovery.
