The patient satisfaction survey comprised ten indicators. The overall mean score was 4.55 out of 5 in 2024, compared with 4.56 in 2020, 4.52 in 2021, 4.70 in 2022, and 4.75 in 2023. These consistently high scores indicate that patients undergoing IVF treatment reported a high level of overall satisfaction with the services provided by the department.
