We have always dedicated ourselves to introducing a variety of automated examination equipment to promote the efficiency and quality in Taichung Veterans General Hospital Chayi Branch. Our final destination is to provide the public having the most integrated 、accurate and convenient diagnostic service. Promoting service needs making the best use of “Human resource” and “Information Integration”.

We not only coordinate with nation-al government to push every policy for physical /medical examination but we also coordinate with Chayi City Government to hold “ The Pre-testing Project of Citizen health Integration” We provide GLP Sys-tem service to accomplish the goal 3Q (Quick in Phlebotomy 、Quick in Inspection Report、Quick in Medical Treatment) and 3S (Saving Cost、Saving Blood、Saving Work-force) .

“Intelligence Automation” is the focus in our laboratory.

By the conformity of automated machinery and equipment, we will not only shorten the waiting time for results but shorten the time for in-spection process for the public. Time Efficiency in whole inspection report will be shortened. In this way, we provide much higher quality in the whole inspection process and pa-tients experience. Also, we can pro-mote the cost effective in Lab, create more value for department. We receive much more positive feedback from our patients、local community people and the public.

Introducing the newest generation of XN9100 “ Blood Automation Track System”, we integrate blood regular analysis、automated blood cell morphology and the analysis of Glycated Hemoglobin，(HbA1c/A1C)、Three in One Blood Automated Track System 、Artificial intellectualization and Laboratory Automation Verification. Currently, we have had the first Laboratory Automation System in Yu-Lin and Chayi county.

Our department has already passed the new version ISO 15189 standard of the National Accreditation Foundation 2022 in April 2022 and been a TAF-Certified Medical Laboratory. (Evidence 2)
