Description

With the core theme "Protect Your Health—Precision Nutrition Leads the Future of Preventive Medicine," we dedicated to the seamless integration of clinical services, food service management, and academic research. Regarding operational foundations, we operate a central kitchen certified by both HACCP and ISO 22000 international high standards, strictly safeguarding food safety for patients and staff. Simultaneously, in clinical nutritional care, we maintain a 100% completion rate for nutrition consultations regarding inpatients, cancer patients, and critically ill patients, and we have significantly enhanced the quality of the Diabetes Shared Care Network through QCC methodologies. In collaboration with the Department of Nutritional Science at FJCU, as well as the Department of Community Medicine and the Department of Neurology at FJCU Hospital, we promote health practices and conduct large-scale cohort studies targeting the elderly in the Xinzhuang, Wugu, and Taishan districts to achieve the goals of preventive medicine. By utilizing genetic testing and metabolic phenotype analysis, we proactively screen for populations at high risk of sarcopenia and cognitive dysfunction, subsequently implementing customized precision nutrition intervention protocols. We aim to embody the spirit of preventive medicine through these scientific evidences, making concrete contributions to delaying the progression of dementia in community elders and enhancing overall health and well-being.
