NTUH Department of Nursing High-Risk Neonatal Care Team built the "TIME CARE" (Transfer Immediately Management Evaluate) service system to "guard the lives of little heroes every second." Integrating vertical team collaboration with horizontal high-quality neonatal care, services include high-risk pregnancy mothers, extremely low birth weight infants, and comprehensive neonatal transfer services. NICU occupancy rate 83.74%, length of stay 12.89 days; Intermediate Care Nursery 72.61%, 5.12 days. Equipment: 57 bedside monitors, 20 ICU-grade incubators, 12 fully-functional infant incubators, 25 ventilators (incl. high-frequency and NO), 4 transport incubators, 2 transport infant care stations, 2 therapeutic hypothermia machine , and automated blood gas analyzers. Sole nationwide NICU with in-unit operating room (eliminating transport risk, 13 surgeries 2025). Innovations: delivery room standby SOP (50-60 cases/month); transfer SOP (departure within 15 min, 1-5 cases/month).
