Operating under the guiding principles of alignment with government policies, regulatory compliance, safety, and efficiency, the center integrates key elements—including artificial intelligence, big data, cloud management, cloud computing, edge computing, smart devices, and professional talent—to develop a diverse range of innovative applications and services.
By combining internal and external institutional resources, the center provides a platform where industry partners can spark innovation, exchange insights, and share resources. Through this cross-disciplinary collaboration model, corresponding strategies and solutions are implemented to produce smart healthcare devices, applications, and comprehensive solutions that closely align with user expectations. The center possesses robust capabilities in the R&D and implementation of smart hospitals, intelligent epidemic prevention, smart health, as well as various software, hardware, and applications. Between 2021 and 2025, our Hospital received 17 NHQA Quality Badges in smart healthcare, alongside Silver, Bronze, and Excellence Awards, plus Human Factors, Innovation, and ESG special awards. This highlights the depth of smart healthcare in clinical use, workflow optimization, and sustainable governance, reflecting a continuous model built on cross-departmental collaboration and the centralized planning of the Intelligent Healthcare Innovation Centre. Institutionally, our Hospital earned NHQA Excellent Badges in inpatient (including ICU), laboratory, outpatient, emergency, and comprehensive services (community health, education, and environmental management), and a Badge for surgical care. This proves smart healthcare is systematically integrated into core processes. The Intelligent Healthcare Innovation Centre drove this cross-unit integration, helping embed smart applications into daily routines for a sustainable foundation. In 2025, winning the Institutional Smart Hospital Badge (Regional Hospital Category) showed our shift from isolated projects to full institutional governance. The Intelligent Healthcare Innovation Centre continues to bridge clinical needs, IT, and quality management to accelerate these outcomes. Furthermore, our Hospital won the NHQA Outstanding Institution Award for the District Hospital Category in 2023–2024, and the Regional Hospital Category in 2025, highlighting our excellence in quality governance.
