To enhance the emergency response capabilities of the general public and healthcare professionals, and to reduce injuries or fatalities caused by insufficient knowledge and skills in first aid, the implementation team has spent the past 11 years continuously advancing diverse aspects of emergency training. Key achievements include:
System Development: Established the “Emergency Certification Management Platform” to strengthen license management efficiency and tracking mechanisms.
Publications: Authored and published first aid training books and CDs to serve as instructional resources, promoting knowledge dissemination and standardized teaching.
Educational Tools: Developed the “TVGH MegaCode Master APP” and “Arong BLS ai APP” to enhance the quality and effectiveness of first aid education through intelligent learning systems.
Training Tools: Designed the “Arong” training module, a lightweight, modular teaching aid that improves hands-on efficiency and course accessibility.
Emergency Training System Development: Promoted the standardization, digitalization, and intelligentization of emergency training; achievements recognized by the 2025 AMEE Aspire Simulation Excellence Award and the 2025 ACHS International Medal Award (Asia Pacific).
BLS AI App: Provides real-time measurement of compression quality with visualized records and personalized AI feedback to support rapid skill improvement.
TVGH MegaCode AI Master: Records team workflows and clinical decision-making, incorporates machine learning to establish benchmarks, and enhances the objectivity and reproducibility of emergency training assessments.
The BLS AI App and TVGH MegaCode AI Master have been fully implemented in emergency training and smart healthcare courses at our hospital, with a total of 3,579 participants.
The Arong BLS AI App and TVGH MegaCode AI Master have been promoted to other hospitals, professional associations, and exhibitions, expanding their impact on healthcare and nationwide CPR awareness.
Data from the Arong BLS AI App and TVGH MegaCode AI Master are stored on dedicated internal servers, ensuring security and integrity.
User satisfaction for the Arong BLS AI App and TVGH MegaCode AI Master exceeded 88%.
The team collaborated with Japanese professors to implement TVGH MegaCode AI Master in Japan’s ACLS training and publish related research.
Analysis shows that direct-care staff scored 18.8% higher in BLS, and the A-Rong BLS AI App helps non-direct-care staff improve proficiency.
