All citizens, especially adults and high-risk groups.
Far Eastern Memorial Hospital's Hospital-based Integrated Preventive Health Service Center is dedicated to reducing cancer and chronic disease mortality through early detection and treatment. The center provides one-stop, integrated health services that combine multiple National Health Insurance-funded screenings and health programs, including adult health checks, five cancer screenings, sarcopenia screening, hepatitis B and C screenings, smoking cessation referrals, and vaccination referrals. Additionally, the center features an intelligent outpatient system that improves screening recognition and referral rates, supported by standardized screening and referral processes to ensure quality and follow-up on abnormal results. The services extend beyond the hospital into the community through mobile screening units, increasing public participation. This integrated preventive health model continues to expand its services, resulting in steady increases in screening number, significant post-screening intervention outcomes, and multiple recognitions from the National Health Insurance Administration for its outstanding public health effectiveness and social responsibility.
