Patients and hospital staff
Hospital beds are a limited resource in hospitals. However, due to the shortage of nursing manpower in today's environment, it is difficult to find beds in various medical institutions. In order to solve the problem of emergency congestion and waiting for counter services, Shuanghe Hospital has introduced comprehensive visual and dynamic hospitalization process management.
[Before Admission] Sign the consent form on the APP, and the patient can read the hospitalization consent form in detail at home with his family [After Admission] The patient self-registers and enters the ward, simplifying the patient's check-in check-in process at the counter; the admission counter uses a smart bed control system to effectively allocate hospitalization resources , grasp the patient occupancy status of the whole hospital, and summarize bed dynamics; [when discharged] through automatic transfer to the bed cleaning system, the nursing station can effectively control the bed cleaning progress, and supplemented by bedside checkout, simplify the process of people going to the hospitalization counter. The overall hospitalization process uses electronic transfer and self-service at each level to improve internal management efficiency and simplify patient procedures, leaving time for cross-unit coordination and cooperation to improve care.
