YAO-I Fabric Co., Ltd. is certified under the international quality management standard ISO 9001:2015. This framework defines our management regulations, manufacturing procedures, and quality management systems (QMS), ensuring we consistently meet our corporate quality policies and objectives. To maintain compliance, an annual surveillance audit is independently conducted by SGS. To guarantee product safety and high-quality performance, YAO-I schedules regular third-party inspections and laboratory testing with certified agencies to verify compliance with all relevant international and industry requirements.
Our certified Quality Management System encompasses the following core operational standards:
Comprehensive Quality Control Framework: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) governing Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for raw materials, In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) for semi-finished products, and Final Quality Control (FQC) for finished goods.
Production Process Management: Rigorous monitoring and traceability across all stages of the manufacturing lifecycle.
Outgoing Quality Control (OQC): Final verification and inspection protocols to ensure only flawless products leave our facility.
Raw Material Supplier Management Raw material suppliers are required to provide comprehensive documentation, including Quality Control (QC) instructions and Incoming Quality Control (IQC) inspection reports. This ensures all incoming materials strictly align with the established quality policies of YAO-I.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Extrusion Standards Taking the extrusion process as an example, YAO-I has implemented rigorous product quality management standards to inspect and verify that all outputs meet defined requirements, specifications, and guidelines. Each manufacturing process is driven by a specific production order containing all relevant execution details. This system establishes a clear timeframe and enables full traceability—allowing us to monitor and track the entire lifecycle from initial production and finished goods to final outgoing shipments.
Continuous Improvement & the PDCA Approach Utilizing the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach of ISO 9001, YAO-I defines standard operating procedures (SOPs) and formulates core guiding documents to execute the manufacturing process effectively. By leveraging statistical tools to analyze inspection data, we implement targeted corrective actions to boost yield rates, control variability, and stabilize manufacturing outcomes. Furthermore, we actively train operators on product quality standards, promoting a culture of continuous optimization and facilitating the future refinement of our inspection criteria.
Customer First: Customer satisfaction is our top priority. YAO-I’s customer service system is built to deliver excellent support and sincere customer experiences.
Responsive Issue Resolution: We ensure all customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels are handled by dedicated personnel for swift resolution. For repairs or replacements, we clarify policies immediately and expedite delivery. Simultaneously, a Customer Complaint Form is filed to initiate defect analysis, preventing recurring issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Our Marketing Department regularly analyzes market data and competitor trends. Together with Sales, Design, and Product Management, we develop targeted strategies to improve products and drive sales growth.
Feedback-Driven Improvement: YAO-I routinely conducts customer satisfaction surveys covering product quality, service, interaction, design, and delivery. We use this feedback to make continuous improvements, ensuring we always meet and exceed customer expectations.
