Our hospital has established a dedicated multidisciplinary Occupational Injury and Disease Task Force responsible for coordinating and implementing occupational injury and disease services. Under the supervision of the Hospital Superintendent, the team regularly reports service progress and outcomes to hospital leadership and management meetings. The task force is supported by designated personnel and a single point of contact to facilitate communication and service coordination. The Occupational Injury and Disease Team convenes at least once a month to review ongoing activities, monitor action plans, and discuss service improvement strategies. Feedback from team members is incorporated into program planning and quality enhancement initiatives. To ensure service quality and performance, the team regularly monitors key indicators in accordance with the Regulations Governing the Accreditation, Management, Subsidies, and Reporting of Occupational Injury and Disease Medical Institutions. These indicators include the number of clinic sessions provided, worker consultations, new and follow-up occupational injury and disease cases, occupational disease and injury reports, suspected occupational disease reports, approved reporting cases, occupational disease assessment reports, internal referrals, occupational health consultations, and the number of workers assisted in successfully returning to work.
