Human Resource Scheduling: Implements an innovative "tsunami warning" model and cashier-style support mechanism. Integrated dashboards, medical systems, and call systems trigger multi-stage staffing support via visual and auditory alerts.
Chemotherapy Capacity: Links dashboards, transport, and cancer center systems to activate preparation support using prominent visual prompts. Enables real-time tracking of drug preparation stages and emergency protocols.
Medication Flow: Integrates dashboards and medical transport systems for real-time prescription statistics by nursing station, enabling tracking of all medication flows and operational stages.
Inventory Management: Connects dashboards, medical systems, and smart cabinets for visual replenishment alerts. Generates real-time restock lists and enhances batch and expiration management for controlled drugs.
Medication Handover: Connects dashboards, labels, cloud forms, and messaging apps for multi-channel status reporting, ensuring standardized communication and quick information lookup.
Specialized Health Education: Syncs dashboards with pharmacist schedules for fast reference and creates multi-channel platforms for immediate, specialized health education.
Human Resource Scheduling: Based on big data statistics and analysis, the support thresholds for phases one and two are set at differences of 30 and 40 respectively.
Chemotherapy Capacity: Three indicators for chemotherapy preparation:•Completion rate within time limits for outpatient chemotherapy: Number of outpatient chemotherapy cases completed within 1.5 hours/Total outpatient chemotherapy cases•Completion rate before specific deadlines: Number of outpatient chemotherapy cases prescribed before noon and completed by 1:30 PM/Total outpatient chemotherapy cases prescribed before noon•Completion rate before specific deadlines for inpatient chemotherapy: Number of inpatient chemotherapy cases prescribed before 3 30 PM and completed by 5 PM/Total inpatient chemotherapy cases prescribed before 3:30 PM
