Spinal fusion surgery is suitable for patients with spine-related diseases such as lumbar spondylolisthesis, disc herniation, etc.
Since its establishment in 2007, the Centre has been committed to alleviating the pain and restoring the quality of life of patients with spinal diseases by upholding the core values of "Safety, Teamwork, Innovation and Empathy". Since 2022, the center has started to use the advanced Hybrid Operating Room (OR) combined with 3D navigation imaging technology and high-precision equipment to perform minimally invasive spinal fusion surgery, achieving an accuracy of 99.9%. This technology has achieved remarkable results especially in the correction of long scoliosis and minimally invasive long-segments lumbar fusion surgery, which not only greatly reduces the risk of surgery and recovery time, but also enables patients to get out of bed the next day, be discharged from the hospital within a week, and return to work or study within one month. The center also integrates interdisciplinary care such as nutrition, rehabilitation, and anesthesia, and provides a one-stop high-quality medical experience from preoperative preparation to postoperative rehabilitation through the accelerated recovery process after ERAS, reshaping the image of traditional spine surgery, and bringing new hope of safety and peace of mind to patients.

The number of patients visited in the outpatient department of neurological surgery has increased year by year, from 15,082 in 112 to 15,148 in 113.
In 112-113, 1016 spinal surgeries were completed, of which 3353were minimally invasive lumbar surgeries, accounting for 34.7%.
Postoperative recovery time: On average, patients can get out of bed within 2 days after surgery.
The European Disability Scale achieves an improvement of ≥10% after surgery and the achievement rate is over 90%.
Proportion of pain 6 months after surgery, traditional (3.7%) or minimally invasive (4.5%).
The return rate of Category 5 and 8 workers to the workplace within three months exceeds 85%, and the recovery rate of Category 9 heavy labor workers is over 75%. 5.Patient satisfaction: over 90%
Postoperative admission rate to the intensive care unit: 0%.
Postoperative infection rate: less than 1%.
Nerve injury rate: 0%.
Overall satisfaction: above 90%.
