Finished products are tested according to finished product inspection standards, including appearance, color, flavor, lactic acid bacteria count, Escherichia coli, coliforms, and moisture content.

The probiotic ingredients in this product (including Lactobacillus fermentum LF26, Lactobacillus paracasei LPC12, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LRH10, Bifidobacterium longum BL986, Lactobacillus acidophilus LA1063, Lactobacillus helveticus LH43, and Streptococcus thermophilus ST30) were evaluated in a human clinical study conducted by Synbio Tech Inc. in collaboration with the College of Medicine, National Cheng Kung University. A total of 54 subjects aged between 18 and 40 years were randomly divided into two groups (27 subjects each in the placebo group and probiotic group). Participants consumed the products continuously for three weeks. Each serving in the probiotic group contained 2 × 10¹⁰ CFU/g of probiotics. Weekly questionnaires were conducted to evaluate constipation frequency, duration, stool condition, and gastrointestinal discomfort. The study demonstrated that the probiotics could help relieve constipation symptoms, improve stool consistency, reduce diarrhea, alleviate abdominal pain, and reduce bloating.
