Quality control implementation covers incoming raw material inspections, production process monitoring, and release testing for semi-finished and finished products. All testing data is recorded and retained for traceability, with regular internal audits conducted to ensure product consistency and efficacy.
Safety testing encompasses routine internal laboratory analyses and verification by impartial third-party organizations. Testing for all products includes microbial counts (such as total plate count and E. coli) and heavy metal residues. All products fully comply with Taiwan's food regulations.
Source Control: Implement strict source management. Incoming raw materials must be accompanied by a valid COA, and the QA department conducts scheduled sampling and independent testing to ensure quality specifications are met.
Process Monitoring: Enforce monitoring strictly according to standard regulations. Routine QA patrols by QC personnel are conducted to identify and prevent potential process risks.
Release Review: Implement rigorous finished product release procedures. Finished products must pass inspections to confirm all indicators meet standards before being signed off for release.
Market Traceability: Establish a comprehensive batch retention and traceability management system. A cross-functional task force ensures real-time responses to market feedback, safeguarding consumer safety and brand reputation.
