Made from 100% raw milk, collected daily by dedicated staff and transported directly from local dairy farms to Kuang-Chuan for production, preserving the milk’s original flavor. Rich in high-quality protein and natural milk calcium, it provides key nutrients for maintaining healthy bones and muscle mass. Using UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) instant sterilization, harmful bacteria are eliminated in a very short time while locking in the milk’s nutrition and freshness. This process allows the product to maintain a refrigerated shelf life of up to 13 days. With a fully temperature-controlled cold chain delivery system, high-quality fresh milk that is both nutritious and safe is delivered to consumers.
Kuang Chuan has obtained ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and HACCP certifications. Through rigorous cold chain management and strict quality control, the products comply with the standards of three major quality certification labels: CAS, TQF, and the Fresh Milk Label.

Production Stage:
A total of 11 inspection items are conducted, including Enterobacteriaceae, total bacterial count, flavor, characteristics, pH value, milk fat, specific gravity, protein, total solids, acidity, SNF, fat globule microscopic examination, and milk foam whipping tests. (11 items in total).
