Our products are manufactured in a national-grade, Cosmetics GMP-compliant facility. To ensure safety, stability, and efficacy, our QA/QC teams strictly manage a complete quality framework across three core stages: Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Final Quality Control (FQC).At the incoming stage, all raw materials and packaging must meet strict specs through batch-by-batch checks. In production, we dynamically monitor Critical Control Points, tightly managing variables like temperature, humidity, time, and uniformity to guarantee batch consistency. Before shipping, finished products must pass rigorous hygiene, safety, and efficacy tests to be released.
Hygiene & Safety Compliance RateBatch-by-batch release mechanism testing for regulated microorganisms (such as Total aerobic microbial count, E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and Candida albicans).Target: 100% (Zero tolerance for safety deviations).
Active Ingredient Compliance RateEnsuring all core components meet specifications to guarantee efficacy throughout the product shelf life.Target: ≥ 98% (Allowing for minor variations from natural ingredients, while fully staying within regulatory limits).
5 Regulated Microorganisms (including Total aerobic microbial count, E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and Candida albicans), 8 Heavy Metals.
Incoming & In-Process Risk Control
At the source, we rely on robust supplier management and independent testing. Beyond requiring a COA for every batch, we voluntarily schedule annual safety checks tailored to each product for higher standards. During production, our QA team runs frequent floor audits and monitors key metrics. If data nears critical limits, we instantly trigger an early warning to stop defects before they happen.
Warehousing & Post-Market Control
Before shipping, all finished products are stored under strict temperature, humidity, and pest controls to ensure quality stability. Post-shipping, our comprehensive traceability system tracks everything. To guarantee safety and efficacy throughout the shelf life, our QA team conducts post-market monitoring, tracking each batch until one full month after its expiration date.
Emergency Risk Control
To handle sudden quality incidents, our Product Safety Response Team—made up of specialists—will spring into action within 24 hours of any market alert. They will rapidly coordinate across departments, run risk assessments, trace data, and execute swift product withdrawals along with CAPA to efficiently protect our brand and consumers.
