In view of the six major features and three innovations shown by the smart automated laboratory, those are reflected in the intelligent examination workflow, in addition to adhering to the dual security of "patient-centered" commitment and the information security with confidentiality; in terms of efficiency improvement, even though the testing demands has significantly increased by more than 40%, it makes streamlining 25% of manpower for flexible dispatch possible, and, meanwhile, keeps the waiting time for blood drawing at peak hour less than 15 minutes, the achieve rate of one-hour turn-a-round time for emergency examination is 80%, the reporting time is shortened from 90 minutes to 60 minutes, and significantly reduce the human error during operations by more than 58%, achieving a double improvement in both efficiency and quality. The smart automated laboratory provides friendly and safe environmental operations for inspection colleagues, also renders strong support for the development of emerging examination projects. It not only improves examination quality and medical service efficiency but promotes site visits and exchanges among numerous medical institutions at home and abroad, laying the solid foundation for our hospital to strive to pursue its benchmark position in the field of smart medicine.

Since laboratory established completion in December 2023, the facility has hosted over 120 visits and exchanges by domestic and international institutions, positively impacting the optimization of medical laboratory processes and digital transformation both domestically and internationally.
