A professional medical care team provides holistic care centered on critically ill patients.
Adhering to the mission of 'Love God, Love People; Respect Life,' we act out of love to care for our patients' feelings. Guided by the 'Four Total Care' philosophy, we provide attentive, warm care, promote compassionate nursing practices, foster a friendly workplace, and cultivate professional nursing talent.
Mother Teresa said, "Love is seeing your own responsibility in the needs of others!" Clinical work is busy, but we should do nursing work happily. Through the "Warm Nursing" activity, we can rediscover the original intention of nursing, re-establish the value and positioning of nursing, continue to adhere to our original intention of passing on warmth to those in need, let people feel happiness, and go the extra mile in our work.
Starting in 2019, our department has promoted warmness activities in different nursing units. Due to the distinctiveness of critical care units, patients do not have family members by their bedside, so the promotion of warm activities is more effective. The essential units of care will have “Daily birthdays- Cheer up cards and birthday cards activities,” “Nurses and patients heart to heart,” A Glass of water is deep in Love,” “Discharging premature babies- stepping out for xin (heart) mileage” etc. Although seemingly inconspicuous, they irrigate warm feelings in the patients’ hearts.
