1.Raw Material Receiving and Inspection:

2.Solution Preparation: 

・Prepare the solution using the released powdered raw materials, purified water, and purified aloe vera. 

・Control temperature and time during the preparation process to ensure uniform mixing. 

3.Quality Inspection: 

・After the solution preparation is complete, conduct Quality Assurance (QA) inspection to confirm that the pH value, Brix (sugar content), and sensory properties (such as color, smell, and taste) meet the product standards. 

4.Heat Treatment: 

・Perform heat treatment on the solution that has passed the quality inspection to ensure the microbiological safety of the product. 

5.Packaging and Release Inspection: 

・After heat treatment, package the product in appropriate containers, ensuring no contamination during the packaging process. 

・Conduct Quality Control (QC) testing on the packaged product to ensure it meets quality standards before release. 

6.Transportation: 

・Ship the finished product only after it has passed the final quality inspection and release, ensuring that transportation conditions meet the product’s storage requirements.
