Prior to warehousing, every batch of raw materials and packaging must undergo incoming quality control, including the verification of the supplier's Certificate of Analysis (COA). During the semi-finished product processing stage, critical parameters such as temperature, Brix, and processing conditions are strictly monitored to ensure quality stability. Retained samples are kept for each batch, and finished products must undergo comprehensive specifications and quality testing before shipment. Products are released only after being audited and approved by the Quality Assurance department. Furthermore, all batch numbers and inspection data from raw materials to final shipping are fully documented to establish a robust lot traceability system.
To ensure consumer food safety, our products are periodically sent to TFDA-certified third-party laboratory institutions for rigorous quality and safety testing. The testing scope includes microbiological examinations (such as Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus) and heavy metals testing (for common heavy metal residues including Arsenic, Lead, Cadmium, and Mercury), alongside other essential quality and safety evaluations. This guarantees that all products strictly comply with national hygiene standards and food safety regulations.
Adhering to the principles of ISO 22000 and HACCP management systems, we have established a comprehensive risk management mechanism spanning raw materials, in-process production, finished goods, and post-market monitoring.
Raw Materials: We enforce strict supplier management and incoming quality control, alongside thorough material risk assessments.
In-Process: Continuous data-driven monitoring is implemented for Critical Control Points (CCPs). On-site QA personnel conduct scheduled patrols to strictly regulate equipment hygiene, operator protocols, and environmental temperature and humidity, thereby minimizing risks of cross-contamination and quality anomalies.
Finished Goods: Products are released for shipment only after undergoing stringent quality audits and specifications testing, backed by a robust batch traceability and anomaly-handling system.
Post-Market: Comprehensive customer complaint management and anomaly notification mechanisms are established. In the event of an issue, cross-departmental Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are initiated immediately to perform root cause analysis and systemic improvements, continuously optimizing the food safety management system.
