The Occupational Safety and Health Office of MacKay Memorial Hospital Hsinchu upholds the philosophy of "people-oriented and health-first," promoting the workplace health promotion program titled "Comprehensive Workplace Health, Sustainable Career Development." This initiative adopts an approach to employee well-being, focusing on four key areas: workplace safety, physical and mental care, health literacy, and professional growth.
Through digital tools such as a walking app, stair-climbing competitions, and Power BI dashboards, the program enhances employee participation in physical activity and strengthens self-management through departmental challenges and real-time feedback. It also integrates health risk assessments, psychological support, physical fitness programs, and return-to-work care to provide personalized health resources. In addition, stress management, professional development, and career planning courses are offered to promote employee stability and a stronger sense of organizational belonging.
