[1. Raw Material/Source Water Inspection] External Inspection: Conducted annually, covering 49 items of drinking water source quality standards (for packaged water) and CNS12700 standards for packaged mineral water. Raw Water Acceptance: Before each production, the pH and TDS of the raw water must be tested and recorded on the raw water inspection record form. If the pH value exceeds the specified range, operations must cease, wells are cleaned, and water sampling continues until the pH falls within the specified range before resuming production.
[2. Process Quality Inspection] Online Monitoring: Continuous digital monitoring. Hourly Testing: Finished products and washing water for bottles and caps are tested. Inspection Items: Ozone concentration, pH, temperature, TDS, turbidity, capping torque, etc.
