When a quality abnormality is identified during incoming material receipt, inspection, OOS testing, or warehouse storage, the relevant supervisor shall be notified immediately and an abnormality investigation report shall be completed. After review and consolidation of comments from relevant departments, the Food Quality Assurance unit shall establish and manage the case. If necessary, an abnormality meeting shall be convened. The root cause investigation, disposition, and confirmation of preventive measures to avoid recurrence shall be completed within 30 days.
