Raw Materials Receiving: Each batch is sampled and tested according to the specifications established by the factory. Warehouse management: Managed by designated personnel, following the first-in, first-out principle. Storage conditions shall comply with product labeling, and pest-control devices shall be installed. During Production Process: Each batch is monitored according to the control items established by the factory, including weight, particle size, moisture content, metal detection, appearance, etc. Details are provided in the QC engineering diagram. Finished Products: After manufacturing is completed, each batch is inspected according to the finished product specifications. Products are released for warehousing and shipment for sale only after passing inspection. Testing items include marker ingredients, microorganisms, heavy metals, and plasticizers, and are conducted by a TFDA-approved testing institution.
