Simply Japan patent probiotics DX powder:
Free of artificial additives, Simply Probiotics DX holds the A.A. Clean Label 3-Star Certification. It is the market's first to combine the 4 health elements: Probiotics, Prebiotics, Postbiotics, and Enzymes. Naturally flavored with fruit juice powder, this pure, safe formula supports digestive health for anyone from ages 1 to 100.
Key Formulation: 30B Guaranteed Live Bacteria v.s. World Champion Postbiotic
Each pack guarantees 30 billion live bacteria, featuring 6 patented strains (LPL28, F-1, GL-104, BB-115, BLI-02, AP-32). It is enhanced by Totipro® Postbiotics PE0401, winner of the 2023 NutraIngredients-Asia "Ingredient of the Year." As a global pioneer award-winning postbiotic, it optimizes the inner ecosystem and boosts defenses along with prebiotics and active enzymes.
Process: Instant Freezing, Nitrogen Flushing & 3-Layer Coating
Using liquid nitrogen rapid-cooling, the process prevents ice crystals to protect bacterial structures. Shielded by 3-layer patented encapsulation, the live bacteria ratio increases by 9.4 times and survives a strict 9hrs gastric acid and bile test. Nitrogen flushing keeps residual oxygen <1%, eliminating oxidation risks.
Benefits: Superior GI Protection
Cell tests prove its 9hrs acid resistance is 1.4x higher than standard strains. This formula achieved a TEER rate of 117.14%, significantly outperforming ordinary probiotics at 109.7%. This creates a tight cellular barrier to block harmful substances.

Raw Material Control
Incoming Quality Control is conducted for all raw materials. Only materials approved by the contract manufacturer’s QA department may be released for warehouse storage and production use.
In-Process Control
Before production, the manufacturing environment, material storage areas, equipment calibration, cleaning, and sanitation are verified to ensure compliance with operational standards.
During blending, operators confirm material identity and weighing accuracy. Excipients are sieved to remove oversized particles or foreign materials before batch mixing.
During filling operations, machine weight sensors are calibrated and vacuum pumps are checked to ensure sufficient vacuum sealing performance.Optical detection systems are also applied for accurate aluminum foil cutting. In-process sampling inspections, including weight, leakage, and appearance checks, are conducted and documented throughout production.
Finished Product and Shipment Control
During packaging, metal detectors are used to confirm the absence of metallic contaminants before products proceed to final boxing and shipment packaging.
After production, finished products undergo inspections for box weight, sachet count, water activity, microbiological safety, and pesticide residues to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Following mass production, retention samples are preserved until the end of shelf life for future traceability and quality monitoring purposes.
Microorganisms (Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes)
Heavy metals (arsenic, lead, mercury, cadmium)
Plasticizers
365 Western medicines
Preservatives
411 pesticides
Raw materials are strictly controlled in compliance with ISO standards and relevant food regulations. No harmful or questionable ingredients are used. Suppliers are required to provide batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COA) for all materials, and all raw materials must pass evaluation and approval by the contract manufacturer’s QA department before entering production, reducing the risk of unqualified materials.
Before production, the manufacturing environment, material storage conditions, and equipment calibration status are verified, while cleaning and sanitation procedures are completed to minimize cross-contamination and process deviation risks. During blending, material identity and weighing verification procedures, together with sieving systems, are implemented to reduce the risks of foreign materials and incorrect dispensing.
During filling operations, calibrated weight sensors, vacuum pump monitoring, and optical detection systems are applied to reduce risks associated with inaccurate filling weight, poor sealing, and cutting deviations.
For finished products, metal detection systems are implemented to reduce contamination risks. Retention sample programs, stability studies, and reliability testing are also conducted to monitor product quality throughout shelf life. In addition, products are submitted to independent third-party laboratories for verification testing.
