Radium Group follows the mission of caring for the land and living in harmony with the environment. In 2018, the group expanded from construction into long-term care services and established Le Tao Chu Senior Living Residence, as a new step in social engagement.
Le Tao Chu is located near Jingping Station , with convenient access to daily life. It is located in a youth social housing community.
The residence is on the 12th and 13th floors of a 15-story building, with 158 units. It coexists with younger neighbors, forming a mixed-age living community. Under the idea “A good life never gets old,” Le Tao Chu provides rental housing with supportive services for active retirees aged 55 and above. Through housing support, health management, and wellness services, residents are cared for in body, mind, and daily life, and can enjoy a safe, comfortable, and meaningful life.

Service Capacity Expansion (from 2026)
Starting in 2026, the service capacity expanded from 80 units to 158 units, effectively doubling the scale and strengthening overall service capacity and operations.
Smart Health Management
Le Tao Chu uses smart monitoring to track residents’ health. In 2025, there were 4,133 vital checks, 121 blood glucose tests, and 77 weight measurements, supporting preventive care.
Healthcare Services
Services include medication support, pharmacy services, nutrition and health consultations, senior check-ups, and escorted medical visits, along with wound care and assistive devices.
Health and Mental Well-being
A total of 787 health activities and 61 wellness sessions were held to promote physical and mental health.
