MWG Smart Care System
The MWG Smart Care System is tailor-made for clinical nursing and long-term care. Without altering existing bed structures, it leverages high-sensitivity sensing technology to provide 24/7 continuous trend monitoring of patient sleep, respiration, and mobility, alongside a 3-stage bed exit alarm. By proactively delivering high-risk notifications, MWG empowers caregivers to practice evidence-based care, effectively bridging nursing labor shortages while mitigating medical disputes.
【Core Product Highlights】
Tri-Metric Physiological & Mobility Trend Monitoring
Continuous tracking of "Sleep Quality," "Respiration Rate Trends," and "Mobility" provides comprehensive Early Detection, enabling clinical nursing teams to execute Early Intervention before critical conditions escalate.
Multi-Stage Fall Prevention & Pressure Injury Alerts
Equipped with "Three-Stage Bed Exit Alerts," "Bedside Voice Reminders," and "Prolonged Immobility / Extended Absence" smart notifications.
Open API Data Integration
Supports seamless data exchange with hospital Information Systems (HIS/NIS) and central nursing dashboards, building a fully unified and interconnected smart care ecosystem.
The mattress foam material complies with 【Medical Grade Class 1】 standards, incorporates three patented technologies, and has officially passed: Taiwan TFDA Certification (Ministry of Health and Welfare) BSMI Compliance (Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection, MOEA) Taiwan NCC Certification (National Communications Commission — Type Approval for Radio Compliance)
To maintain the high stability and clinical trust of the MWG Smart Care System, the company has constructed a comprehensive quality control system within the production workflow, implementing staged inspections and data-driven metric management:
Incoming Quality Control (IQC):
Medical-Grade Foam & Fabrics: Conduct batch sampling and testing on foam materials and fabrics that comply with Medical Grade Class 1 standards, executing rigorous tests for surface abrasion resistance, tensile strength, water resistance (IPX4 rating compliance), and corrosion resistance.
Outgoing Quality Control (OQC):
100% Automated Algorithm Inspection: Every finished mattress must go online for calibration. Using automated weight-simulation testing jigs, respiration rate and bed mobility tests are executed to ensure that the sensor sensitivity and baseline algorithm threshold of each outgoing mattress remain perfectly uniform.
Materials with Taiwan TFDA, BSMI, and NCC certifications are rigorously selected. If any functional test fails to meet the standards during quality assurance inspection, process interruption and isolation procedures are immediately initiated to prevent defective products from leaving the factory.
Safety Monitoring and Customer Feedback Mechanism: Standardized Alert Feedback Form: Provides frontline healthcare staff with a "Continuous Alert Accuracy Record Form" to proactively track and record data issued from the clinical setting, which is then collected and analyzed regularly by the team.
Adverse Event Reporting: In the event of an unexpected clinical abnormality, the technical team will conduct remote diagnosis or on-site investigation within 2 hours.
