The organization comprises Admin, Nursing, Customer Service, Housekeeping, and Engineering departments, with a 10-specialist co-care team (pediatrics, OB/GYN, TCM, IBCLC, breastfeeding seed instructors, birth education seed instructors, family NP, OT, dietitians, pharmacists). Professional team includes 3 pediatric NPs with 10-20 years' NICU experience, 2 international IAIM infant massage seed instructors, 2 Canadian EAMT postpartum breast massage therapists, birth education seed instructors, and 2 CDC hand hygiene guidance specialists. Specialist visits weekly: pediatricians morning/evening, OB/GYN Wednesdays. "First 1000 Days" care spans prenatal planning evaluation, individualized postpartum guidance, post-discharge follow-up, and online/in-person consultation.
