Longxunshun Capsules® HLP is manufactured in collaboration with Japan's WAKI Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. WAKI utilizes its patented clean farming methods to control the breeding environment of red earthworms from the source, reducing bacterial counts and heavy metals in the worms. Through a patented process, the worms are processed into dried red earthworm powder. The formula and dosage of the capsule compound are discussed and determined, followed by mixing, filling, and packaging, before being directly imported into Taiwan. WAKI currently operates three earthworm farming facilities located in Miyazaki Prefecture and Nara Prefecture, Japan. Leveraging patented farming methods and environmental management techniques—approved in multiple countries—WAKI achieves an annual production capacity of 18–33 tons. WAKI’s patented breeding approach replaces traditional soil farming with plant fiber derived from organic vegetables and employs filtered, purified water for a four-month farming period. This method enhances enzyme activity and yields, enabling red earthworms to grow to a length of 10–15 cm while reducing harmful substances within the worms, such as general bacterial counts and heavy metals. The farming process incorporates strict management protocols, including maintaining fixed breeding weights, regulating watering conditions based on temperature and humidity, and performing regular enzyme analyses to ensure compliance with standards before the worms are processed into powder.
Microbiological testing 2. Heavy metal testing 3. Absence of Western medicine testing
In addition to following patented farming methods and a patented low-temperature high-pressure processing technique, red earthworms undergo vacuum freeze-drying, grinding into powder, and particle homogenization using specialized granulators. These processes are followed by multiple quality inspections, including sterility checks and raw material compliance controls. Subsequent analyses are conducted to investigate components such as fibrinolytic enzyme activity. Only after passing all inspections is the high-activity red earthworm dried powder finalized. Before the production of products, all raw material suppliers are required to provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each batch of raw materials entering the facility. Detailed process steps are also documented in the manufacturing records. During production, sampling tests are conducted at critical control points, such as after capsule filling, bottle filling, and packaging. At each control point, the department supervisor performs an overall evaluation to ensure that the production process adheres to the established procedures, hygiene standards are met, and there are no abnormalities in production yields. During the capsule filling process, samples of 20 capsules are taken at the beginning, middle, and end stages of production to conduct weight deviation tests. The permissible weight deviation range is between -5% and +10%.
