In accordance with the spirit of ISO 22000 and HACCP regarding quality standards and hazard prevention, there are complete records and controls that are traceable from the management of raw materials to the quality inspection of finished products. 1. Raw Materials:
All raw materials must pass acceptance inspection, ensuring that there is no damage to the appearance and that items and quantities are verified before being stored.
2. Control of Production Processes:
i. Follow the corresponding raw material batch and expiration date on the material requisition form during the material picking process.
ii. Detailed records of the material input process must be kept, and a second person must perform a re-weighing to ensure the accuracy of the input of each raw material batch.
iii. According to the CCP specifications of the factory regulations, ensure that the heating temperature during the mixing and stirring process meets the standards to reduce microbial contamination.
iv. Regular sampling during the forming process to confirm that the weight and size of the semi-finished products meet the required specifications.
v. Regular sampling during the coating process to confirm the thickness and extensibility of the coating, ensuring that there are no defective particles.
vi. Regular sampling during the packaging process to confirm that the packaging specifications and contents meet the required specifications, and that the inner packaging is complete and undamaged.

Prevention and control of microbial contamination during the production process: Temperature control is carried out in accordance with on-site specifications to reduce the risk of microbial contamination, and the temperature of the mixture is regularly measured to comply with regulations.
Weight of semi-finished products: Take samples and weigh regularly to confirm that the weight of semi-finished products meets the standard.
Appearance screening of semi-finished products: Use optical AOI identification system to assist in screening out good products and eliminate defective products with appearance defects.
Quantity of semi-finished products: Take samples regularly during the packaging process, and count the pieces to confirm that the product meets the regulations.
Quality control of finished products: Send samples to a third-party inspection company to confirm that the finished product does not contain "Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria, or Salmonella" in accordance with the specifications of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
