MemoSorb® Cool Foam is a patented material developed by our company for medical dressing applications. Through a special patented formula and low-temperature manufacturing process, it forms a three-dimensional polymer structure that allows heat and moisture to dissipate through its internal air gaps, effectively regulating the microenvironment’s temperature and humidity. This naturally creates a breathable, non-stuffy, dry, and cooling effect. Thanks to its unique molecular structure, MemoSorb® Cool Foam provides excellent breathability and cooling comfort without heat retention. It can be widely applied in rehabilitation medical equipment, healthcare aids, and customized products for long-term care institutions. In addition, it has been extended into a range of consumer products, including maternal and infant products, bedding, and sofas, allowing users to enjoy medical-grade quality and comfort at affordable everyday prices.

Lin, Yi-Xiong (TW) Yao, Meng-Ping (TW) Patent Abstract: This invention relates to a hydrophilic PU (Polyurethane) memory foam and its manufacturing method. The invention utilizes a hydrophilic PU prepolymer, in which carbon dioxide (CO₂) generated from the reaction between isocyanate and a large amount of water serves as the foaming agent for foam molding. In the manufacturing process, an additional high-temperature baking step at approximately 50–100°C is introduced after the foaming process to achieve dehydration effects. Due to its unique hydrophilic polymer structure and polymer backbone, the resulting PU foam possesses excellent shock absorption and uniform pressure relief properties. In addition, it also features: Moisture absorption Heat absorption Low-temperature resistance When in contact with the human body, the foam provides a dry (moisture-absorbing) and cooling (heat-absorbing) effect. Furthermore, the foam does not harden at temperatures below 10°C, thereby enhancing comfort and expanding its range of applications.
