Critical Quality Control Inspection 1. In-Process Inspection: On-site operators and QC personnel conduct cross-sampling inspections during production. QC personnel are responsible for supervision and management. If any abnormalities occur, they must be reported to the Plant Manager immediately, followed by implementation of the corrective action procedure. 2. Finished Product Inspection: Finished product testing is conducted by the Product Research and Quality Department according to the specifications of “FloraUP Probiotic Blend.” Products may only be released for shipment after meeting all standards and receiving approval from the Plant Manager. 3. Incoming Material Verification: Based on the factory’s Certificate of Analysis (COA) and incoming inspection standards, samples are submitted to an independent third-party laboratory for food safety and hygiene testing. Acceptance is granted only after confirmation that all specifications and requirements are met.
