Facility Cleaning and Disinfection
At the end of each production day, cleaning procedures must be performed. Cleaning tasks include wiping down wall panels, floors, work surfaces, and resetting production/filling tools. The results of the cleaning process are recorded in the "Area Environment Inspection Log."
Ultraviolet Disinfection
Usage Time, Schedule, and Scope: UV lamps are installed in the weighing room, pre-foaming room, emulsification room, liquid preparation room, semi-finished goods room, filling room, face mask filling room, and washing area. These lamps are programmed to operate from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM after business hours.
Equipment Hygiene
Maintenance and Servicing Procedures: The Production Department assigns personnel to conduct maintenance according to the required maintenance level. The results are recorded in the "Production Equipment Cleaning Log" and reviewed by supervisors upon completion of each maintenance task.
Maintenance tasks are divided into daily, weekly, and monthly routines. The Production Department is responsible for detailing the required daily and weekly maintenance tasks for each piece of production equipment in the "Production Equipment Cleaning Log." Personnel must follow the outlined tasks and frequencies in the log to perform maintenance operations.
These procedures ensure compliance with environmental, hygiene, and equipment standards to uphold production quality and safety.
Finished Product Quality Inspection
The quality of finished products is ensured through adherence to standardized filling procedures based on the production workflow. The outer containers used for filling undergo a rigorous process of washing, drying, and ultraviolet sterilization to guarantee the safety of the product contents.
After the filling process is completed, in-house inspection personnel conduct thorough checks on the product's appearance, weight, printing, and packaging. This includes verifying that there are no discrepancies in weight, contamination, stains, or damages that could affect product quality.
A "Finished Product Inspection Specification Sheet" is issued to confirm the physical and quality attributes of the product. Subsequently, the company undertakes product management processes, including contracting third-party testing agencies to perform microbiological and heavy metal hazard assessments for each batch of products after shipment. These measures ensure the product's hygiene and safety.
