Clinico Sound CS1 is a personalized hearing enhancement device that combines professional hearing technology with a lifestyle-focused design. Featuring the concepts of “Stylish, Easy to Use, and Lightweight,” it is specially designed to support the daily communication needs of older adults. Equipped with digital signal processing (DSP) and directional microphone technology, CS1 enhances speech clarity while reducing background noise, helping users hear better during family conversations, medical appointments, and social interactions. CS1 supports Bluetooth audio streaming and can connect to smartphones, televisions, and other devices, providing an enjoyable experience for watching TV, attending online classes, or talking with family and friends. Its lightweight and modern appearance helps remove the traditional medical-device image associated with hearing aids, encouraging greater acceptance and daily use. The charging case also functions as a remote control, offering intuitive operation and reducing barriers for older users. Affordable, comfortable, and suitable for extended wear, Clinico Sound challenges the perception that hearing devices are bulky and inconvenient, providing a smart listening solution that encourages early hearing care and helps users stay socially connected.

Product Hardware and Software

Clinico Sound is developed in collaboration with Audeara, a renowned Australian acoustic technology brand. Audeara combines a strong mission for hearing wellness with technological innovation, focusing on improving hearing health and delivering personalized listening experiences. Its core strength lies in its hearing-test-driven EQ calibration algorithm, which provides users with customized audio output tailored to their individual hearing profiles. Audeara maintains high development standards and rigorous quality management processes to ensure product reliability and performance. Originating from a commitment to helping people improve their hearing health, Audeara has established itself as a trusted innovator in acoustic technology, recognized for its quality assurance, user experience, and technical reliability. Audeara also develops professional support tools to enhance product adaptability within hearing care channels and to further strengthen quality control and fitting precision.

Manufacturing Process Management

Clinico Sound products are manufactured by Dongsheng (Huizhou) Electronics Co., Ltd. The manufacturing facility has obtained multiple internationally recognized certifications, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality management, environmental sustainability, occupational health and safety, and supply chain security.

To ensure product quality and effective risk management throughout development and manufacturing, Clinico Sound has implemented a comprehensive validation and quality control system.

During product development, a structured process is followed, including EVT (Engineering Validation Test), DVT (Design Validation Test), PVT (Production Validation Test), and MP (Mass Production). EVT verifies product functionality and design feasibility through prototype testing. DVT evaluates performance, reliability, environmental durability, and regulatory compliance. PVT validates manufacturing processes and production stability through pilot production, while MP focuses on continuous quality control and process optimization during mass production. To maintain consistent product quality, Clinico Sound applies a multi-stage quality assurance process, including IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), EOL (End-of-Line Testing), and OQC (Outgoing Quality Control). All devices undergo 100% EOL acoustic testing, covering speaker output, Rub & Buzz detection, channel balance, microphone performance, frequency response, Total Harmonic Distortion (THD), Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), and hearing enhancement functions. Testing is conducted before and after packaging to ensure that assembly, adhesive application, and waterproofing processes do not affect product performance.

Software Issue Reporting and Resolution Process Users can report bugs through the “Help & Support” section within the mobile application. The Customer Service Team categorizes and assesses the reported issue. The Customer Service Team either resolves the issue directly with the user or escalates it to the Engineering Team when technical investigation is required. The Engineering Team fixes the bug or, when technical limitations exist, provides additional guidance and documentation to support customer service responses.

Error Reporting and Correction Mechanism Both Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console are configured to monitor application crashes and Application Not Responding (ANR) events. These issues are automatically detected and reported to the Engineering Team, enabling timely investigation and corrective action.

Customer Complaint Handling Process

A comprehensive customer complaint management system has been established to receive and track feedback through multiple communication channels. All cases are categorized and assigned to dedicated personnel for proper follow-up and resolution. General complaints receive an initial response within 4 hours. Compliments, suggestions, and general feedback receive a response within 24 hours. If a customer cannot be reached after two contact attempts, a supervisor will provide a status update via SMS to demonstrate proactive care and ensure customer satisfaction.
