Raw material Management : Our Incoming Quality Control follow the R.O.C National standard 【CNS 2779】carry out random inspection ,each batch has eight inspection items.
Standard/Method-------CNS2779 , Redox titration-Iodometry.
Water quality : Process water must be pure water, produced by pure water generator ,this machine has a total of six filter media,the quality of the generated pure water and raw water is subject to regular self-inspection and outsourcing inspection, and the water quality is subject to 6 items of control.
Materials Management : The material of the packaging is HDPE bucket,suppliers regularly update reports and provide them to our company,these containers have passed various tests : 'strength tests, seal tests and dissolution tests' to ensure they are safe for transportation and storage,after storing in our warehouse(before use) ,each batch will be visually inspected by operators.------- R.O.C Sanitation Standard for Food Utensils, Containers and Packages.
Semi-finished and finished products : Semi-finished product control time, liquid temperature and filter material replacement frequency,Finished product control pH,Concerntration,Specific gravity,each batch undergoes eight controls.

In Process Quality Control : Production line inspections are carried out to verify whether the on-site forms are correct and consistent with the actual situation. After reaching the control standards, in-process inspections are carried out in accordance with SOP to ensure the stability of production levels.
Control items----- Time,Temperature,Concerntration,Chemical properties and Cleanliness, etc.
Final Quality Control : After meeting various process control standards, the finished product will be sent to the inspection room, after passing the quality, fill it into HDPE barrels .
Out-going Quality Control : Recheck all of the documents is correct before shipping.
