The hospital, located in Hsinchu City's North District, serves the greater Hsinchu area. It offers a single-window service for alcohol addiction counseling and treatment to improve access to care, strengthen referral mechanisms, and proactively identify potential cases. The integrated community care model (A-B-C) is guided by three core values: Active, Be patient, and Caring.
