The material of Bio- fiber is developed by well compatibility microbiology group to human skin, and strictly manufactured process by Phermentation. In the same time, the other benefit of the Bio- fiber is that it enlarges the contact facial area, it belongs to be a new creative material for mask, and the pore size of the fiber is only 1/500 of traditional plant fiber. Raw materials are procured in accordance with the "Supplier Control Procedure". When purchasing raw materials, COA and MSDS are required. The QA department will sample and inspect them in accordance with the "Cosmetic Raw Material Sampling Procedure". Only after passing the inspection can the raw materials be put into the warehouse.

When factories use raw materials to make semi-finished products, they must apply for inspection in accordance with the "Sampling Standards for Cosmetic Semi-finished and Finished Products". Only if the inspection results are qualified can the finished product packaging process be carried out. If the results are unqualified, the product will be scrapped. Finished products will also be sampled and inspected. Only if they are qualified can they be put into the warehouse.

This product was tested in accordance with the recommended testing methods published by the Food and Drug Administration of the Ministry of Health and Welfare - Microbial Testing Methods for Cosmetics, and microbial and heavy metal testing was performed annually.
