Raw Material Procurement: Suppliers must provide supporting documentation such as component analysis reports or inspection reports from the raw material manufacturers.
Raw Material Acceptance: Inspect the raw materials for color, appearance, and odor based on the purchase requisition, purchase contract specifications, and the supporting documentation or inspection reports provided by the supplier. Additional samples may be taken by inspection personnel as needed to test self-defined items. If the raw materials fail acceptance, mark them as non-conforming, and the purchasing personnel will notify the manufacturer to return the goods.
Colloid Production: Produce according to the formula and process provided in the product technical data.
Semi-finished Product Inspection: Inspect the semi-finished product according to the product specifications to determine if the quality and appearance meet the standards and record the results on the process inspection sheet.
Finished Products: Randomly sample the finished product from the designated number of samples and record the results on the process inspection sheet.

Before market launch, registration and PIF (Product Information File) records are completed for future reference. After market launch, customer complaints are managed through a fixed process. Upon receiving a customer complaint, it is immediately filed and forwarded to the relevant departments for proper handling to ensure that customer opinions are taken seriously. Simultaneously, internal review and corrective measures are implemented to eliminate consumer concerns.
