Over 80% of seniors in Taiwan choose to age at home but their children usually cannot be present all the time to look after them due to work or family reasons. “Care U All-in-One Care Services” combines digital and cloud technologies with a 24-hour care center to establish a care platform for round-the-clock emergency alerts, health management, and lifestyle support services. The platform provides seniors with holistic care services that meets their lifestyle needs and older families with greater convenience and peace of mind. The Care U cloud home care platform consolidates different care requirements to fulfill the wishes of those who wish to “age at home.” Reducing the burden on caregivers at home can also provide a “home for aging gracefully.”

The Safe Health management platform can use the monitoring management function to track the health of individual cases as well as the handling of emergencies and system anomalies.
Anomalous incidents include emergencies, failed telephone check-ins, disconnections, and abnormal measurements.
Telephone check-in service provided to periodically check on client's condition.
Referral services are provided to provide more services required by clients.
Home visit services are provided to track and assess the actual condition of the client on a regular basis.

When an anomalous incident occurs or when a certain action is triggered, the system can immediately notify the client and their contact person by SMS or e-mail.

Our total number of service clients grew from 3,309 cases in 2022 to 5,074 cases in 2025.
“Emergency Assistance Notification System Program” tender for older people living alone: Service was expanded to residents of Tainan City, Hsinchu City and Chaozhou Township, Pingtung County in 2025, while continuing to service residents in Hualien County, Chiayi City, Yunlin County, and Taitung County (incl. Lyudao and Lanyu). Total service capacity is expected to exceed 6,000 seniors living alone in 2026.
This platform's IT system conforms to the ISO 27001 standard. Dual WAN network redundancy prevents disconnections from single links whilst dual server redundancy includes backup configuration that ensures data security and integrity. The database and application servers all feature dual redundancy as well to maintain high system availability.

Caring for Seniors through High-Tech Care: The “Care U All-in-One Care Services” platform combines innovative technology and years of care experience to meet seniors' needs. Emergency assistance, GPS location, biometric anomaly tracking, assistive device consultation, and other services support daily needs, enabling seniors to enjoy safe, attentive, and personalized care at home.
Strengthening the Community Care Service Network: SKS has partnered with seven local governments (Taitung County, Hualien County, Hsinchu City, Chaozhou Township (Pingtung County), Tainan City, Yunlin County, and Chiayi City) to support emergency assistance services for seniors living alone. In addition to 24-hour emergency notification services and regular visits, we work with local village officials to access community care resources and help seniors age gracefully at home.
Caregiving Service with Warmth: As part of the “Emergency Assistance Notification System Program” for seniors living alone, our home-visit personnel visit clients monthly. We also celebrate birthdays and distribute charity rice, supplies, and blankets. SMS reminders are sent during holidays and natural disasters, such as typhoons, cold snaps, earthquakes, and extreme heat, encouraging clients to stay safe while providing warm, caring support.
