Raw materials are received and documented according to ISO-standard incoming material control procedures.
Semi-finished products are inspected according to ISO standards, including appearance, microbiological testing, water activity, and metal detection, with complete production records maintained.
Each batch of finished product is submitted to an independent third-party laboratory for testing, with records properly retained.
According to independent third-party laboratory test reports, the product was tested for microbiological indicators, heavy metals, pharmaceutical adulterants, and pesticide residues. The following microbiological indicators were not detected: Escherichia coli, coliforms, mold and yeast, and Salmonella. Heavy metals, 365 pharmaceutical adulterants, and 411 pesticide residues were reported as Not Detected (N.D.)
Raw materials are approved only after COA verification, visual inspection, and instrument testing by in-house quality control.
