It is infused with IFRA-certified pet-friendly fragrance to neutralize odors and provides a pleasant scent for your pet. Herbal extracts and fragrance are also carefully selected to be comfortable for your pet while relieving pet-owners from any odor concerns.

• The packaging adopts the concept of packaging waste reduction from SDG 12.5 by supplying in concentrated liquid to minimize packaging materials while maximizing product efficiency. As a multi-purpose deodorizing and fragrant solution, it can be diluted as preference to be used for deodorant spray, mopping solutions, or humidifier.

• This product has passed a series of safety, deodorization, and non-irritation tests by SGS, national testing authorities, and Plastic Center. It is completely free of heavy metals with a 100% deodorization rate for ammonia and non-irritating for skin, ensuring a safe use for our pets.

• The production specifications primarily follows Cosmetics GMP (ISO 22716) guidelines. Outsourced materials are categorized into raw materials (required for semi-finished product manufacturing) and packaging materials (bottles, containers, and packaging materials for filling and packaging).

• Upon arrival, raw materials undergo batch inspection and recorded for quality control in accordance with storage management process. There are a total of four storage categories: raw material storage, packaging material storage, semi-finished product storage, and finished product storage.

• Production is divided into semi-finished product manufacturing and finished product filling and packaging. Herein, batch production standard operating procedures (SOPs) and control record forms are used for semi-finished product manufacturing phase whereas batch packaging SOPs and control record forms are applied for finished product filling and packaging phase. Both semi-finished and finished product stages underwent inspection with maintained records.

• Lastly, products are released for shipment once no abnormalities are found and approved by quality department.
