TRIHealth Transportation Team has been established in Taipei and New Taipei City for many years, deeply cultivating the accessible transportation market and fully facilitating convenient connections between local medical care providers and individual clients. We operate with safety as our highest guiding principle. To expand diversified and integrated services, by early 2025, we will integrate both horizontal and vertical services, including stair climbers for long-term care transportation, making travel more convenient for the elderly and reducing waiting times between different service providers. We treat every senior and patient we transport as if they were family, providing the most sincere care and service.
Our core service principles include providing comprehensive medical services (All-in-One Services), fostering cross-industry integration and alliances within the long-term care sector, and driving innovative research and development through collaboration between industry and academia. These efforts aim to enhance Taiwan's integrated medical, elderly care, and rehabilitation services. Our future vision is to operate as a social enterprise that promotes "integrated services for the elderly" while adhering to ESG sustainability strategies.
The Long-Term Care 3.0 transportation and assistive device services integrate barrier-free solutions, enabling seniors to move safely between floors and seamlessly connect with welfare vehicle transportation services. This approach truly allows them to "start from their doorstep" for medical appointments, rehabilitation, or daily outings. Aspiring to be a model social enterprise that promotes age-friendly cities in Taiwan and continuously implements sustainability goals, the fleet has now fully transitioned to electric vehicles, achieving a "zero carbon emissions, zero exhaust" green commitment that aligns with ESG principles and sustainable development. Actively addressing the needs of age-friendly travel services, the company has also partnered with its chain of pharmacies to create a "Mobile Pharmacy Service System." Seniors only need to inform the driver of their prescription requirements, and the information is simultaneously transmitted to the pharmacy, where a pharmacist prepares a "medication package" for the senior to conveniently pick up at the nearest pharmacy. By integrating additional medical resources and innovative technologies—from transportation and assistive devices to medication and daily care—a more comprehensive and accessible health support system for seniors will be established.

Zero Accidents: Reduce traffic accidents through regular training and education programs.
Zero Breakdowns: Minimize the occurrence of breakdowns by conducting regular vehicle inspections.
Zero Complaints: Decrease the number of complaints by providing regular training for customer service representatives and drivers, focusing on etiquette and communication skills.
Zero Occupational Injuries: Reduce the frequency of accidents by promoting the use of public transportation and conducting regular occupational safety awareness campaigns.
