Insumate® bitter melon extract (containing patented sequenced 19 peptides) is a proprietary ingredient developed by Greenyn Biotechnology. It has received a No Objection Letter from the U.S. FDA for New Dietary Ingredient Notification (NDIN No. 1256). Insumate® is produced using a supercritical fluid extraction green process that recycles and reuses carbon dioxide, resulting in a low-molecular-weight sequenced peptide of only 2,162 Da, distinctly different from conventional hydrolyzed large-molecule bitter melon polypeptides. In addition to being featured in seven scientific publications, this innovative breakthrough has been awarded the Gold Medal at the Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions in Switzerland, the Gold Medal at the World Inventor Contest (WiC) in Korea, and the Gold Medal at the DAVINCI International Invention Expo (AII) in the United States. It has also been recognized with prestigious domestic awards, including the "National Invention and Creation Award" from the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the "National Innovation Award for Corporate Innovation" from the Biomedical Technology and Policy Research Center.
