• Raw materials are tested for total plate count, Escherichia coli, coliforms, molds, and yeasts. Only qualified materials are stored.

• Raw materials are requisitioned.

• Sieving and mixing operations are performed, with a magnetic rod used for metal detection.

• Tablet pressing follows, with a metal detector used for further metal screening.

• PTP packaging is carried out, with simultaneous checks for appearance, perforation lines, and other details.

• Finally, finished product packaging ensures proper sealing of aluminum pouches, inclusion of desiccants, application of BOPP film, and verification of final inspection results.
