Cross-domain collaboration with CSIST + physician team + Abbott created independently designed/modified IP-protected ≥1,000 Rules on Abbott's AlinIQ CDS software—world-first application to health check reports. Traditional reports require 2-3 hours of manual post-production per physician handling ~80 patients/day, lacking comprehensive integrated assessment, clinical guideline recommendations, or personalized lifestyle advice. CDS reports are auto-generated in real time, covering basic clinical/physical exams, clinical tests, serum tumor markers, imaging, and daily life recommendations—saving manual revision time and reducing human error. Applied to CSIST diabetes co-care system: front-end Shih-Yuan health check team, mid-end CSIST occupational health team, back-end Shih-Yuan diabetes co-care team; integrated with workplace health promotion (health consultation, lectures, diet, lifestyle, exercise, stress relief, club activities). Won 17th National Innovation Award; promoted through Abbott's global business network (Asia-Pacific) on per-use licensing.
