Dirtiness: The outer packaging is free of dirt and attachments
Damage: The outer packaging is intact and undamaged

Semi-finished product inspection
Appearance is checked by color card, it must be translucent.
Taste is checked by olfactory sense, whether there is a faint ginseng smell.
PH value is checked by pH meter, it must be 9-9.5.
Specific gravity is checked by quantitative bottle, it must be ±5 %.
After the production is completed, each batch needs to be sampled for quality inspection. If qualified, it will be accepted, and if unqualified, it will be rejected.
Finished product inspection
Check the appearance of the packaging by sensory inspection: the packaging should be good and meet customer requirements; if there is shrink film, the packaging should be intact and not damaged.
Smell: raw material smell (light ginseng smell)
Sealing: no leakage
Labeling: correct; and PH METER test PH value must be 9-9.5.
Sampling plan
Appearance inspection: Random sampling at least once per batch, according to MIL-STD-105E table, special inspection S-2 level, AQL=2.5%.
Property inspection: Random sampling is conducted at least once per batch, 1pc is sampled each time, qualified = accepted, unqualified = rejected.
Inspection items, judgment criteria, and sampling frequency may be adjusted according to customer needs.
The product is regularly submitted to third-party testing organizations for safety and efficacy evaluations, including antibacterial efficacy testing, microbiological-related testing, and product quality verification. External test reports are used as quality references to ensure stable, safe, and reliable performance for daily use according to the product’s intended purpose.
To ensure the antibacterial efficacy of the products, finished products are randomly sampled regularly and commissioned to SGS for antibacterial testing.
