All raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products are subject to strict inspection specifications, which serve as the basis for the release of each material and product. Process control plans are established for each production stage to monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring all products meet the required standards.

This product undergoes a 100% inspection process, where every production batch is tested using specialized inspection equipment to ensure compliance with the established factory specifications. Only products that meet the quality standards and are accompanied by a Certificate of Conformity are allowed to proceed to assembly and packaging. Barcode and traceability management are employed throughout the process, allowing product codes to trace essential component assembly and testing information. At the end of the assembly line, two quality assurance personnel conduct random sampling inspections of the day's production, verifying product functionality and performing rigorous appearance checks in accordance with specified standards.
